The applicable operating entity will be determined based on the destination of your booking. Singapore-based activities and experiences are operated by Travel DMC Pte Ltd under STB licence. All other international destinations are handled by Travel DMC Group Ltd.

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
