Let me walk through a typical booking scenario so you can see how this actually works in practice.

Scenario: Client Wants 4 Nights in Singapore

Client brief: Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 8 and 12), 4 nights in Singapore, wants a nice hotel near Marina Bay, Universal Studios tickets, and airport transfers.

Step 1: Hotel Search (2 minutes)

Enter Singapore, dates, 2 rooms (or 1 family room), search. Filter to 4-5 star, Marina Bay area. Compare 3-4 options, check family room availability, note the net rates. Pick the best fit.

Step 2: Add USS Tickets (1 minute)

Switch to Tours module, search "Universal Studios Singapore." Select adult and child tickets for the preferred date. Add to cart.

Step 3: Arrange Transfers (1 minute)

Transfers module, Changi Airport to hotel, select family-sized vehicle (7-seater van), add arrival flight details. Repeat for departure. Add to cart.

Step 4: Review and Quote (2 minutes)

Cart shows: Hotel (4 nights) + USS (4 tickets) + Transfers (2). Total cost: let's say SGD 2,847. You add 18% markup, selling price becomes SGD 3,359. Your profit: SGD 512.

Step 5: Confirm or Hold

If client has approved, confirm the booking. Vouchers generate automatically. If you're waiting for client approval, most rates hold for 24-48 hours without payment.
