Minimum age is 6 years old with minimum height of 1.0 meters. All participants must wear life jackets which are provided free of charge. Swimming ability is NOT required - the life jackets keep everyone safely afloat. However, reasonable water confidence is recommended as participants will be getting wet, climbing on floating obstacles, and occasionally falling into the water (which is part of the fun!).

Each session lasts 1 hour on the water park from the time you enter. This includes a brief safety briefing at the start. Multiple sessions are available throughout the day starting from opening time. Clients can book consecutive 2-hour sessions for extended play if desired at discounted rates (save 20% per hour). We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your slot for check-in and life jacket fitting.

Essential items: swimwear (mandatory), change of dry clothes, towel, sunscreen (waterproof formula recommended), and water bottle for hydration. Optional but recommended: water shoes or aqua socks for comfort, waterproof camera case if bringing own device, or rent our action camera for POV footage. Life jackets are provided free. Yes! Life jackets are mandatory for ALL participants regardless of swimming ability, and they keep everyone safely afloat. The water is calm (within a protected bay area) with minimal waves, and trained lifeguards are stationed throughout the park monitoring participants. However, participants should be comfortable being in water, getting wet, and having water splash on their face. Not suitable for those with extreme water phobia.

Light rain operations continue normally as participants are already wet! However, lightning, thunderstorms, or heavy rain will cause immediate temporary suspension for safety reasons. If your session is cancelled entirely due to weather (less than 30 minutes of play time), you can reschedule to another available slot at no charge or receive a full refund if rescheduling isn't possible for your travel dates. Safety is the top priority.

HydroDash is not suitable for pregnant women, those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, back/neck/spinal injuries, epilepsy, recent surgeries, or other serious medical conditions that may be aggravated by moderate physical activity. All participants must complete health declaration forms before entry. Moderate physical exertion is involved in climbing, balancing, and swimming between obstacles.
