What We Built (And Why)

Here's the problem with most DMC software: it's either built for massive tour operators (overkill for most DMCs) or it's just a booking platform dressed up with "DMC" in the marketing.

We took a different approach. We talked to DMCs - small ones, medium ones, regional operators and multi-destination companies. Asked what actually slows them down day-to-day.

The answer was usually some variation of: "I spend too much time on manual work that should be automatic."

We do have inventory outside these regions, but if your business is primarily Europe, Africa, or the Americas, there are probably better-suited platforms.

When Enterprise Software Makes Sense

If you're a 50+ person DMC doing thousands of bookings monthly with complex group itineraries and deep accounting requirements, enterprise systems like Tourplan are probably worth the investment. They're expensive for a reason.

When We Make Sense

If you're a smaller DMC that wants professional tools without enterprise costs and complexity, we're a good fit. You get real supplier access, proper booking management, and quote building - without the months of setup or thousands in monthly fees.

Getting Your DMC Set Up

Setup is straightforward - we designed it to not require an "implementation project":

Day 1: Registration

Submit your DMC details and business documentation. Include your operating regions, primary markets, typical booking volume. Takes about 10 minutes.

Day 1-2: Verification

We verify you're a legitimate DMC operation. This usually happens same-day for companies with clear documentation.

Day 2+: Start Booking

Access granted. Start searching inventory, comparing rates, making bookings. Most DMCs are comfortable with the system within a few hours of use.

Optional: API Integration

If you want to connect your own systems, API access is available after your first month. Most smaller DMCs just use the web portal - API mainly makes sense if you have your own booking engine.

No Training Required

If your team can use Booking.com, they can use this. We don't do mandatory training sessions because the interface doesn't require them. That said, we're available if you want a walkthrough.

Common Questions

Beyond just booking, we include quote building with margin calculation, booking management dashboards, multi-product packages (hotels + tours + transfers together), and reporting designed for DMC operations. It's tools built for running a destination business, not just making reservations.

Yes. You get sub-user accounts for your team. Each person has their own login, bookings consolidate to your company account, and you can set permissions for different access levels. No per-user fees.

Currently, the platform uses our supplier network. We're working on features to add your own contracted rates for hotels we already have, but full custom supplier onboarding isn't available yet. For now, you can use our inventory for dynamic pricing and your own contracts for specific properties where you have better rates.

We export data (bookings, payments, margins) in formats you can import into accounting software, but we don't have direct integrations with Xero, QuickBooks, etc. That's on the roadmap but not available yet. For now, most DMCs export monthly data for their accountants.

The platform handles FIT and small groups well (up to ~20 rooms or so). Larger group bookings typically need direct hotel negotiation for group rates and room blocks - we can assist with requests but group contracting isn't automated in the system.
