DMC Quote is a booking and ticketing system for attraction, tour and activity operators in Malaysia. Enter a product once and sell it on your own booking page, at your counter, and to 2,349 approved travel agencies across 102 countries. Every booking issues a QR e-ticket your staff scan at the gate. Pricing is a one time USD 100 setup fee and a flat 2% booking fee, with no monthly licence fee.

Malaysia is one of the most requested destinations in the portal, with live products already running across Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi and Genting. The agents asking for Malaysia are inside the portal now.

Who this is for in Malaysia

Operators who own the experience and control the inventory:

  • Theme parks, water parks and indoor attractions
  • Island hopping, snorkelling and mangrove tour operators in Langkawi and the islands
  • Cable cars, skybridges and highland attractions
  • Heritage and street food tour companies in Penang, Melaka and KL
  • Caves, wildlife and nature park operators
  • Borneo adventure, diving and river operators in Sabah and Sarawak
  • Airport, intercity and island transfer operators

Travel agents and resellers cannot list, because listing is for the business that owns the inventory. Agencies belong on the buying side of the portal, which is free to join.

Why the agent channel matters here

A large share of Malaysian attraction demand arrives packaged, especially from India, the Gulf, China and the neighbouring ASEAN markets. Those travellers book a multi day itinerary through an agency, with attractions and transfers included, weeks before departure.

If you only sell at the counter and on your own site, none of that volume reaches you. Inside the portal your approved products are visible to verified agencies who book at the net rates you set, in advance and often in groups. That is bookable demand you can staff for, rather than walk up traffic you have to guess at. Nothing is published publicly at your trade rate.

What is included

One entry, three channels

Enter a product once and it is sellable on your booking page, at your counter through POS, and to travel agents. One inventory and one capacity number across all three, so you cannot oversell.

QR ticketing built for a busy gate

Every booking issues a QR e-ticket. Staff open the scan page on any phone or tablet and the ticket is marked used. One redemption per ticket, so the same code cannot be used twice.

Everything in the account

Real time inventory, capacity management, discounts and promo codes, sales orders for bulk issuance, POS and mobile POS, seat and venue management, merchandise, email templates, standard reports and an analytics dashboard, plus account and user permissions. Anything marked coming soon is not billed until it ships.

Cost, in plain terms

A one time setup fee of USD 100 at registration, then a flat 2% booking fee on each ticket sold. Identical at every volume, so a single site operator pays the same rate as a large park. No monthly licence fee. You keep your own merchant account for direct bookings, and agent bookings settle on the terms in your operator agreement, confirmed in writing before you go live.

Or choose the Operator bundle for SGD 5,000: your listing plus your own booking website, set up for you, with the first 12 months of its SGD 50 a month subscription included.

Getting live

  1. Create your operator account and pay the one time setup fee.
  2. Verify your business. Upload your SSM registration and any tourism or activity licence you hold.
  3. Add your products through the guided wizard: photos, descriptions, timings, capacity, rates.
  4. Go live once approved. Nothing is visible until you say so.
Questions

Before you sign up

Anything not covered here, ask us during onboarding. Nothing is published until you are ready.

No. If you have one, we add booking to it. If you do not, we set up a booking page for you using the photos, descriptions, timings and rates you enter during onboarding.

A one time setup fee of USD 100, then a flat 2% booking fee on tickets sold. The rate is the same at any volume, there is no monthly licence fee, and everything is confirmed in writing in your operator agreement before you go live.

Kuala Lumpur, Langkawi, Genting and Penang are the most requested in the portal today, with products already live in several of them. Demand is not limited to those, and operators elsewhere in the peninsula and in Borneo can list.

Your SSM business registration, plus any tourism or activity licence your operation requires. Your KYC page shows exactly what is still outstanding as you upload.

No. Agents book a trade rate you set, inside a closed portal only verified agencies can see. Nothing is published to consumers at that rate.

Every booking issues a QR e-ticket. Your staff open the scan page on any phone or tablet, scan the code, and the ticket is marked used. A ticket can only be redeemed once.
