DMC Quote is a booking and ticketing system for attraction, tour and activity operators in Singapore. You get a booking page for direct sales, real time inventory and capacity, QR e-tickets your staff scan at the gate, POS, and a listing in front of 2,349 approved travel agencies across 102 countries. Pricing is a one time USD 100 setup fee and a flat 2% booking fee, with no monthly licence fee.

Singapore is the single most requested destination in the DMC Quote portal, and it currently carries more live products than any other city we serve. If you operate here, the agents asking for Singapore are already inside the portal.

Who this is for in Singapore

Operators who own the experience and control the inventory:

  • Attractions and theme parks, aquariums, bird and wildlife parks
  • Observation decks, skyline and rooftop experiences
  • River and harbour cruises, and boat charters
  • Museums, galleries and heritage sites
  • Walking, food, night and cultural tour companies
  • Activity providers: watersports, adventure, indoor experiences
  • Airport and city transfer operators

Travel agents and resellers cannot list, because listing is for the business that owns the inventory. If you are an agency, you belong on the buying side of the portal, which is free to join.

Why the agent channel matters here

Singapore demand is heavily packaged. A large share of visitors arrive on an itinerary an agency built, with attractions already chosen and paid for before the traveller lands. If you are only selling at the gate and on your own website, you are not in that itinerary.

Inside the portal your approved products are visible to verified agencies who book at the net rates you set. They book in advance and in groups, which is exactly the demand that lets you plan staffing and capacity instead of reacting to walk ups. You are told about every booking, and nothing appears publicly that undercuts your own gate price.

What is included

Sell three ways from one entry

Enter a product once and it is sellable on your own booking page, at your counter through POS, and to travel agents in the portal. One inventory, one capacity number, no double selling.

Gate scanning that holds up on a busy day

Every booking issues a QR e-ticket. Staff open the scan page on any phone or tablet and the ticket is marked used. One redemption per ticket, so the same code cannot walk through twice.

Everything in the account, not sold as modules

Real time inventory, capacity management, discounts and promo codes, sales orders for bulk issuance, POS and mobile POS, seat and venue management, merchandise, email templates, standard reports and an analytics dashboard, plus account and user permissions. Anything still marked coming soon is not billed until it ships.

Cost, in plain terms

A one time setup fee of USD 100 when you register, then a flat 2% booking fee on each ticket sold. The rate is identical at every volume, so a small operator pays what a large one pays. There is no monthly licence fee. You keep your own merchant account for direct bookings, and agent bookings settle on the terms agreed in your operator agreement, which is confirmed in writing before you go live.

Or choose the Operator bundle for SGD 5,000: your listing plus your own booking website, set up for you, with the first 12 months of its SGD 50 a month subscription included.

Getting live

  1. Create your operator account and pay the one time setup fee.
  2. Verify your business. Upload your ACRA registration and any licence your activity requires. How quickly you finish depends mostly on how fast you can supply documents and product photos.
  3. Add your products through the guided wizard: photos, descriptions, timings, capacity, rates.
  4. Go live once approved. Nothing is visible to anyone until you say so.
Questions

Before you sign up

Anything not covered here, ask us during onboarding. Nothing is published until you are ready.

No. If you have one, we add booking to it. If you do not, we set up a booking page for you using the photos, descriptions, timings and rates you enter during onboarding, so you are not paying a web designer to start selling.

A one time setup fee of USD 100, then a flat 2% booking fee on tickets sold. The rate is the same at any volume, there is no monthly licence fee, and everything is confirmed in writing in your operator agreement before you go live.

Once your products are approved they appear to approved travel agents inside the DMC Quote portal. There are currently 2,349 approved agencies across 102 countries. Agents book at the rates you set, and you are told about every booking.

No. Agents book a trade rate you set, inside a closed portal that only verified agencies can see. Nothing is published to consumers at that rate.

Your business registration, plus whatever licence your specific activity requires. We tell you exactly what is outstanding on your KYC page as you upload.

Every booking issues a QR e-ticket. Your staff open the scan page on any phone or tablet, scan the code, and the ticket is marked used. A ticket can only be redeemed once.
