DMC Quote is a booking and ticketing system for attraction, tour and activity operators in Dubai and across the UAE. Enter a product once and sell it on your own booking page, at your counter, and to 2,349 approved travel agencies across 102 countries. Every booking issues a QR e-ticket your staff scan at the gate. Pricing is a one time USD 100 setup fee and a flat 2% booking fee, with no monthly licence fee.

Dubai is one of the highest volume destinations in the portal, with live products already running. The agencies selling Dubai packages are inside the portal today.

Who this is for in the UAE

Operators who own the experience and control the inventory:

  • Desert safari, dune bashing and overnight camp operators
  • Observation decks, viewing platforms and skyline experiences
  • Water parks, theme parks and indoor attractions
  • Dhow cruises, yacht charters and marina experiences
  • Adventure and activity providers: skydiving, karting, indoor sport
  • City, heritage and museum tour companies in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah
  • Airport and intercity transfer operators

Travel agents and resellers cannot list, because listing is for the business that owns the inventory. Agencies belong on the buying side, which is free to join.

Why the agent channel matters here

Dubai runs on packaged demand. Travellers from India, the wider Gulf, the CIS markets, Europe and Southeast Asia arrive on itineraries built by an agency, with the safari, the deck and the transfers already sold and paid for well before arrival.

That volume never reaches an operator selling only at the counter and on its own website. Inside the portal your approved products are visible to verified agencies booking at the net rates you set, in advance and frequently in group sizes you can plan vehicles and staff around. Nothing is published publicly at your trade rate, so your direct pricing is not undercut.

What is included

One entry, three channels

A product entered once is sellable on your booking page, at your counter through POS, and to travel agents, all sharing one inventory and one capacity number.

Ticketing that works in the desert and at the gate

Every booking issues a QR e-ticket. Staff open the scan page on any phone or tablet and the ticket is marked used, once and only once. For transfer and safari operators, pickup details travel with the booking.

Everything in the account

Real time inventory, capacity management, discounts and promo codes, sales orders for bulk issuance, POS and mobile POS, seat and venue management, merchandise, email templates, standard reports and an analytics dashboard, plus account and user permissions. Anything marked coming soon is not billed until it ships.

Cost, in plain terms

A one time setup fee of USD 100 at registration, then a flat 2% booking fee on each ticket sold, identical at every volume. No monthly licence fee. You keep your own merchant account for direct bookings, and agent bookings settle on the terms agreed in your operator agreement, which is confirmed in writing before you go live.

Or choose the Operator bundle for SGD 5,000: your listing plus your own booking website, set up for you, with the first 12 months of its SGD 50 a month subscription included.

Getting live

  1. Create your operator account and pay the one time setup fee.
  2. Verify your business. Upload your trade licence, and your TRN certificate and Emirates ID where applicable.
  3. Add your products through the guided wizard: photos, descriptions, timings, capacity, rates.
  4. Go live once approved. Nothing is visible until you say so.
