What Your Clients Need to Know

The Route Itself

Here's the thing about this transfer - it's actually pretty straightforward. From Changi, drivers take the East Coast Parkway (ECP) which runs along the southern coastline. On a clear day, your clients might catch glimpses of container ships queuing at the port. The expressway feeds directly into the Marina Bay area, and before you know it, those three towers appear on the left.

Now, I won't sugarcoat it - morning rush hour (roughly 7:30-9:30am) and evening peak (5:30-8pm) can add 15-20 minutes to the journey. If your clients are arriving during these windows, just set expectations accordingly. Nobody wants to start their Singapore trip frustrated about traffic.

Late night arrivals? That's the sweet spot. Post-10pm transfers often take just 18-20 minutes, and the city lights along the way are genuinely spectacular.

Terminal Pickup Points

Changi's got four terminals, and they're not all connected airside. Here's the breakdown:

Terminal Typical Airlines Pickup Location
T1 JAL, ANA, Qantas, Air India Arrival Hall, Door 3
T2 Emirates, Qatar, Etihad, BA Arrival Hall, Door 1
T3 Singapore Airlines, Lufthansa Arrival Hall, Door 4
T4 Scoot, AirAsia, Cebu Pacific Arrival Hall, Door 2
Pro tip: T4 is separated from the main terminal complex. If your clients need to meet someone arriving at a different terminal, factor in 15-20 minutes for the shuttle bus connection.

Marina Bay Sands Drop-off

MBS has three towers - Tower 1, 2, and 3. The main drop-off point is at the Hotel Lobby (Tower 1), accessible via Bayfront Avenue. This is where all private transfers and most taxis drop off.

The lobby itself is massive, so we always tell drivers to pull up as close to the main entrance as possible. Your clients will see the iconic boat-shaped structure overhead - it's hard to miss.

For guests staying at the Sands SkyPark or using the casino entrance, there's an alternative drop-off at the basement, but honestly, the main lobby works fine for 95% of guests.

What's Included in Our Rates

  • Meet & greet service - Driver waits at arrivals with a name board. We've all seen those handwritten signs that are impossible to read. Ours are printed, professional, and actually visible.
  • Flight monitoring - Delays happen. We track all incoming flights and adjust pickup times automatically. No panicked calls from clients wondering where their driver is.
  • 60-minute waiting time - For international arrivals, we factor in immigration and baggage claim. Domestic? 30 minutes. It's usually plenty.
  • Luggage assistance - Driver helps with bags. Standard stuff, but worth mentioning.
  • All tolls and parking - The rate you see is the rate you pay. No surprises.

Questions We Get Asked All The Time

Absolutely. We operate 24/7, no exceptions. Late night arrivals are actually some of our smoothest transfers - less traffic, faster journey, and MBS looks incredible lit up at night. No surcharges for late-night pickups either, which isn't always the case with taxi apps.

Yes - just add it during booking. Singapore law requires car seats for kids under 1.35m tall. We have infant carriers, convertible seats, and booster seats available. There's a small additional charge (SGD 10) but it's worth the peace of mind. Note: SIC shuttles don't accommodate child seats, so families with young ones should go with private transfers.

Free cancellation or rebooking up to 2 hours before the original pickup time. For delays, we automatically reschedule - your client doesn't need to do anything. If a flight gets cancelled entirely, just let us know and we'll sort out the refund or move it to the new date. These things happen; we don't make it complicated.

Depends on timing. A metered taxi runs around SGD 25-35 during normal hours but can hit SGD 50+ with midnight surcharges and ERP charges. Grab is similar, sometimes higher during surge pricing. Our fixed rates mean you know exactly what to quote your clients. Plus, there's the meet & greet factor - taxi queues at Changi can be 20+ minutes during peak periods.

Comfortably? Two large suitcases and a couple of carry-ons for up to 3 passengers. If your clients are heavy packers (honeymoon shoppers, we're looking at you), go with the MPV. It handles 4-5 large bags easily. When in doubt, just ask us - we'd rather upgrade a booking than have an awkward luggage Tetris situation at the airport.
